The wire is trying to solve the problems of softness, adhesiveness and tension control in regular silk severed litz wire, that cause Performance deviation between idea design and real product. The braided silk severed layer is much more solid and softer in comparison with ordinary silk covered litz wire. And the roundness of the wire is better. Braided layer is also nylon or dacron, however that is braided by 16 strands of nylon at least,and the density is over 99%. Like ordinary silk wrapped litz wire, braided silk severed litz wire can be customized.

Single wire 0.2mm is a little thicker in comparison with all other sizes on our website. אָבער, די טערמאַל קלאַס האט מער אָפּציעס. 155/180 with polyurethane insulation, and class 200/220 with Polyamide imide insulation. The material of silk is including Dacron,Nylon,natural silk, self bonding layer(by Acetone or by heating). Single and double silk wrapping available.
